Meet Maria Yoga/Pilates instructor with 500 hours of yoga teacher training in different yoga modalities and 15 years of teaching in southern California.


Gentle Flow Yoga - Mondays 9am - 10am 

Restorative Yoga - Tuesdays 10:30am - 11:30am

Classes are $11 or $15 total when combining Maria's yoga and Pilates classes.

Punch cards available for $110 for 11 classes.
