The Meeting Room is available in four- or eight-hour increments and is a great place to hold small business meetings, wedding and baby showers, birthday parties or other special events.  It has long countertops for refreshments or displays and windows that overlook our pool.

Small events may prefer to rent half the meeting room at a lower cost.

Auxillary Equipment:
Marker board
TV with USB connector (north side)
Pull-down screen and projector with USB connector (south side)
Chairs and tables (round or rectangular)

Capacity:
The meeting room capacity largely depends upon your choice of tables.  Come ask for a tour if you'd like to gauge its size for your event.

Cost:
Rates range from $40-100 depending on how much of the room is used and how long it's needed. 

Deposit: 
A separate $100 damage deposit is required but is returned to you immediately after your event if the room is left in good condition.
