Tuesday & Thursday, 9-9:30, 9:30-10:30 am
This class focuses on muscular strengthening and range of motion, as well as cardio and stretching. You can customize your workout by attending the 9:00-9:30 flex & stretch OR the 9:30-10:30 strength, balance, & toning portion OR you are welcome to do the combo! Although targeted at SilverSneaker, Silver & Fit, and Renew Active participants, all BCC members are invited to attend. There is no charge for SilverSneaker, Silver & Fit, or Renew Active participants and only $5/class if not a participant in a senior program. Instructed by Susette Sigmon |
