Mondays & Wednesday Intermediate Level
(3:15 - 4:15pm ages 5-10)
Swimmer should already have some level of comfort with being in the water. This class will focus on how the body moves in the water. The swimmers will start by refining their current abilities and then move towards learning how to move themselves through the water in different ways. This will include techniques such as freestyle swimming, backstroke, froggy swim, and swimming under the water.
Tuesdays & Thursdays Beginner Level
(11:30 -12pm ages 3-7)
Learning very basic water safety as well as basic swimming skills such as treading water, floating on backs, going under water, the doggy paddle, and the beginning techniques for gliding through the water. Much of this class will focus on building strength and confidence.
