We offer both Silver & Strong classic classes and Silver Splash aquatic classes.
If you are Medicare eligible and have a participating secondary insurance, you may be eligible for one of these programs.
As a Senior Program participant, your membership to the BCC and any of our Silver classes are available at no charge to you.
