Richard is a 7th degree black belt in American Karate, 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo, 1st degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, Certification in Krav Maga, certified bodyguard, former Reserve Police Academy Instructor, and over forty years of learning and instructing the Martial Arts. 

Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Annex from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Fees are $100 per month.
